Payment Information and Shipping
ICandi Mall Uses PayPal and also accepts Credit Cards via PayPal.

We also accept Money Orders at this time. NO PERSONAL Checks please.

*Items WILL NOT be shipped untill this method of payment is received and funds are approved.
Shipping and Handling:
*Each item for sale at ICandi Mall will have an additional Shipping and Handling fee attatched to the original price unless otherwise stated. This fee varies and is subject to change without notice.
*Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering.
*All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail payment confirmation at the address provided. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order.
The following delivery options are available:
*ICandimall.com ships within the USA and to Canada ONLY at this time. And does not ship internationally.
*At this time all items are shipped using Standard UPS Shipping.
UPS Ground:
*UPS Ground delivery is available to customers located in the continental US only. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and Payment approval. Orders will arrive in 5-7 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at ICandi Mall in Illinois by UPS and delivered by UPS.
UPS Ground is not an option for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, or US territory addresses.
UPS 2nd Day Air:
* UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is available to street addresses in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only. Allow 1-2 business days for processing, pending availability and payment approval. Orders will arrive in 3 business days from the ship date. All deliveries are picked up at ICandi Mall in Illinois by UPS and delivered by UPS. UPS 2nd Day Air is not an option for a PO Box, APO, FPO, or US territory addresses.
Returns:
What is your return policy?
* You can return items to ICandi Mall, however please save the invoice received with your package. It's your receipt! We must receive the return within 30 days of purchase.
* CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE.
* If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when ICandi receives the original merchandise back.
* Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.
* Clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear.
* Body jewelry cannot be returned.
How do I send something back?
* If you live in the continental United States, just contact us and have the answers to the following questions handy:
1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
2. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
3. What is the reason you're sending the items back?
4. What is the first and last name the order is listed under?
5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item number(s), item(s) and size(s)?
* Remember, to get a Return Authorization number, you must e-mail us BEFORE sending your product back! A UPS Return Label will then be issued and
e-mailed to you. Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience!
